Returns and Refund/ Cancellation Policy


Because we deal with personal hygiene products we do not return just any product. We do understand that items can be damaged in shipment - please take a photo immediately of damaged product and contact us right away.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that we do not accept returns of intimate items, any personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description, unless they are damaged. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed under product details on the product page. Returns are not allowed on any pop-up shop purchases.


However, if you have an issue with your products you are to contact us immediately Please forward a photo of your product if it has been harmed in shipping. For all other issues we ask that you contact us so we can take care of any issues you may have. All our products are quality control inspected at numerous points prior to leaving our facility - and a final check is done prior to shipment, we are wanting to work with you and resolve any questions or problems you may have - so please just contact us and we will work with you. thanks!

If you have to ship back a return - you will be charged a $15.00 processing fee that will be deducted from your refund. No refund is issued unless the product is returned to us. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less a the return label fee if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.



If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction. The order will be considered valid and you, the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.
